  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and yellow mustard to a bowl.
  2. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Add honey and apple cider vinegar. Mix well.
  4. Sprinkle in garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or tang if needed.
  6. Chill for 15–30 minutes for best flavor, or use immediately.

Notes

The sauce should be smooth and creamy with a balanced tangy-sweet flavor. If it feels too thick, add a few drops of water or vinegar
